Trump can be impeached on not being fit for office, being a national security threat, etc. There are a host of things he can be impeached on, that are ironically already public knowledge. The Mueller report lays out the conspiring with a foreign government and obstruction of justice. With each passing day he resets the statute of limitations on obstruction of justice.

The goal should be removal. Even if it comes up short. The Republicans and Trump have already gone against movement with the Mueller Report. So the Dems need something else.

Impeachment is determined by the House

The Senate determines whether he is removed. The Senate will not remove him because Republicans have sold out the country, but saying the Dems shouldn't pursue and eventually impeach him is a dereliction of duty and will allow the President even more power.

WHat sickens me is that its not just this Russia stuff. The Enoluments shyt is just as bad. shyt, the stuff he is doing with telling the treasury to not give the House his financial docs is also impeachable. He's an incumbent with an approval rating in the 30's - he's going to have to do a lot more than simply address the country a couple times from the oval. People are still forgetting that he was originally elected with roughly half the voting eligible public. If a quarter more people turn out, he won't win re-election.
