lol, we've all been there, but at least you learned a valuable lesson
i'm sitting at the PC like i don't wanna pay all of this right now i could pay $1000 and pay the rest later then i calculate the interest and realize credit cards are just as bad as rent-a-center and i better just bite the bullet and pay. these companies make money off people being irresponsible and i'm done letting them profit off me.

that's what i get for buying an overpriced tv with features i'll probably never use like 240hz and 3D and that dumb LG magic remote.

houston.
I'm in the market for a TV as well. Something between 50-55"....price range $600-$900.....LED or LCD/LED combo

Don't really care for 3D. Mainly using to watch regular TV, play games, and watch movies.

If you don't want 3D that's probably a wash because pretty much all the upper tier TVs have 3D and 120-240hz on them which the better of the best are 240hz. I don't use 3D but I wanted the option even though my set is passive which is the cheap style 3D you get at the movies. It's nice to have that option.

LG 1080p 120Hz 3D LED HDTV's w/ 4 Pairs of 3D Glasses: 47" LG 47LM4600 $480 After $100 Rebate, 55" LG 55LM4700 + Soundbar $850 After $150 Rebate + Free shipping - Slickdeals.net
Slickdeals is always a good place to check.

If you are buying a plasma, I would only consider a Panny.

All other plasmas <<<<<<<<<<<<<<<< low end Panny.
I got the P50UT50 for 7 hundo, and the picture is superb. It also has anti-glare display so the lighting issue is mute.

For the money, this is easily the one of the best TVs in its class.

I may try to get another TV in June for my birthday. If I don't, then I'll wait until Black Friday and get what I can. I don't want nothing less than a 60 inch LED something. I know I got plenty of time to figure out what to get and where to get it from.

$900 is too much for a/that Vizio IMO

It looks like prices went back up but search for Samsung E550 or Panisonic UT50

Those are 2 best mid range sets...if you look around and be patient you should be able to get a 50" set for around $700

Last month I saw both for as cheap as $650

Aren't both of those plasma's? I'd rather an LED.

Especially considering bestbuy got 60' Vizos for $1000.

Wal-mart has them for less than that, but they are missing some features.

Yes they are plasmas but the pic quality is better then anything you can get for less then $1000

And you do know that nowadays LEDs have more problems then plasmas?

I would go with the plasma(cheaper & better pic) but if you gon cop the vizio atleast get it from amazon so you dont have to pay taxes

You gonna end up paying a stack for that tv after taxes and its really not worth it

My sister works for walmart so I'll get 10% off, and I'm in Texas we have to pay taxes on Amazon purchases now.
