I think when I hit late 30s I'll start fasting 2 days a week. Best way to keep the weight down

for me it changed when I hit 35 (physically)…I’d blame that more so on drinking than age or say it was the combination of both
I think my prime was in my 30s (primarily 30-35)…perfect balance of what you’re stating
back issues…once I found myself home more, I spent a lot of time during the day just watching TV/movies and wasn’t exercising enough to balance that…again I wouldn’t chalk it up to just age in my case
nah and I’m pretty cynical on top of it…I’ve always gotten bored easily but now it’s just worse…everything/one seems predictable…idk if that’s a reflection of my surroundings, me or both…I need to switch up and experience new things

Your bones creak more than usual, but your 40s is basically an extension of your 30s. Not much changes. You’re still young, but seasoned, with experience and purpose that sets you on the path forward.
You’re not “old” until you reach your 60s.
