I think cuz my leg strength is trash and i just started taking stretching serious a couple months ago smh

Stretching is the truth breh. Especially hip flexibility.

Look up hip mobility exercises on youtube. Do it conisistently and you'll feel like you hopped in a time machine :ahh:

I still can't really do the FLABBY N SICK EXAM 1, I can do it but it hurts me front tigh area really bad.. I did succefully around 3 times no issues ; (


I Tried again two days ago and I was walking like this at work today..
