I really wanted to like this movie but you can tell Mifune wasn't really into this flick. Politer had some duds in his prime as well

people seem to love it. i thought it had its moments but was kinda silly and the score is really melodramatic.

Dope soundtrack. Cute film. Though I can see all the little ones declaring this their favorite movie ever and then rewatching it 10 years later like “........Oh.
“ Story was all out of wack, but to a kid.....when you got Tom, Jerry, Spike causing all sorts of shenanigans, who cares about the story. I really had no business watching this, but it was needed after a day of straight serious films.

this movie is ridiculous trash, but the end was good fukkery though.
instead of a double cross as the surprise ending, it was like a quadruple cross.
