The monster designs aren't meant to be cute, they meant to ve hideous and they sound hideous, they are enraged to match man's own arrogance.
I did not enjoy the old man, I've seen him in other stuff, but he was more annoying here with the way he speaks.
Tea Leoni is older but still looks good, you could see her marrying a velociraptor

Park Chan-wook makes such interesting films. I did not know where this was going, but like The Handmaiden it continued to reveal itself as the film went on. Nice blend of romance, mystery, tragedy with a powerful ending.

Just saw new Rosamund Pike thriller 'Hallow Road'. My favourite film of the year so far, was on the edge of my seat throughout. I usually don't like the amiguous endings, it works here.

Just watched that bs Bring Her Back movie. Trash. Ridiculous on many accounts, over the board for no good reason, hardly any building of the story/characters/tensions. I felt like Talk to Me was overrated, this one is even worse. A24 kind of slipping. It could do numbers though.

The trailer made it seem like Pedro was the uninvited, but the old lady was. If it was me, id call the cops, I worked a site, for reasons unknown, they didn't want to put they own ppl on it, it was a remodel hollowed out on the 4th floor, some how a demented woman made past everyone all the way to where I was, somehow I was able to steer her interest back to the first floor to the office where it belonged.
Anyway the whole movie was about regret, yt privilege regret, 40 year olds dealing with relationship drama, even the old lady was reminiscing. Not how I wanted to spend a Friday night.
