I'm i in the minority who thought this shyt was kind of trash

the first act needed clippers, 15 to 25 minutes needed to be trimmed, once we got thru, the movie sails, but yeah, that first act is rough

the script is tonally off all over the movie, sometimes its too serious, sometimes its too playful, I could see how one would not like it

Brightburn - I thought it was a pretty entertaining watch . Once the fukkery kicks in, it really gets and maintains a steady pace to the end. Not squeamish, but a couple of scenes had me like . Also like it went some places I didn't expect.
