A great Korean Drama is like crack.
Most of K-Dramas OD's on the silliness, and Korean women trying to be cute is not really my thing. But this right here!!! The old man is one of my favorite villains, dude plays a sociopathic father so well.

Watched this last night, only Fast & Furious movie I hadn't seen before. Definitely can tell it is a mid 2000's movie, does live up to its title as there is a lot of drifting going on . Funny seeing the main character go to Japan and immediately make the same choices he did in the US.

if you like italian horror, then this is decent. very cynical and nihilistic. decent gore effects. somewhat nonsensical zombie logic

the synapse blu ray is a good quality. i havent watched the extras yet but synapse seems to always rise to the level of criterion on that

I finally watched Dahmer after the hype died down, learned a lot but mostly this cac was bold as fukk-how you living in an apartment and killing and dismembering your victims?

I didn’t feel sorry for him at all and was crying when they read the victims impact statements, that’s so sad. I did feel bad for his family though but it was clear they didn’t know wtf to do with him.

Not my favorite from Marty, but I’m happy to see more people talking about it these days and kinda shocked it isn’t on Criterion yet. Goncharov was quite solid, very emotional at moments, and I dug the way every piece came together to form a new perspective. I will say though, the books are much better.
