This is the beauty of a thread like this.
At numerous points in time... KP and the mavericks decision looked like utter trash.
Now, he is being productive and the debate shifts.
Right now, if they were making the same money... I'd be swayed a bit.
But, with that contract... And the fact that Randle is making John Collins money...

Dallas fired the GM and had a coaching change to placate KP and work him back in.
Idk how NYK placates Julius when he’s just turned into a total hoe.
KP is the much better contract to have at this point. Julius is only 1 rung higher than Ben Simmons status with what he’s pulling this season.

KP looks more nimble this season, he's regained some of that athleticism I though he lost. Last year he looked stiff and was getting exploited on defense at times, but he's a monster again this year.
