here is another question nobody wants to really ask. Say McConnel sneaks in a Republican and Biden is elected. I think people would be so pissed it would lead to a expansion of the Number of Supreme Court seats or he might legit kick the chosen person out.

Yea they made it known through back channels but she refused. Maybe they couldn’t have replaced her with someone as liberal as she is but they certainly could have replaced her with a solid (younger) liberal vote.
