Lord willing 40 years in September. Mom has some health issues but she maintains and is up and about. Dad is 71, runs 3 miles in gym. Black excellence.

My parents were married til I was 15, then they divorced. They used to argue ALL the time while they were married so when they divorced I was & at the same time. My Dad remarried & now I have a lil bro. My Mom didn't remarry, but oddly enough I haven't heard her raise her voice since her & my Dad broke up

Parents split @ 4. Saw my pops a few times after that then never again. He died a few years ago alone. Moms never really loved him more of a marriage of convenience.

Growing up without your father sucks. One of the reasons i am the way i am with my seed.

Still together 40+ years and miserable, at least my dad is. Moms a nut job and bytches about everything. They were gonna divorce when I was 9 but my granparents didn't believe in it and wouldn't help my dad out with me and my sister if he went thru with it. When I visit I can't stand more than 20 mins of her and have to leave. I kind of feel bad when I leave after the weekend cause I know he doesn't want me to go. Has a face like "please don't leave me with her anymore"
