I'm not commenting fully until I read the context, but the statement is incorrect as that doesn't end racism, some people are hateful regardless of how you treat them because there is a prejudice that exists there. If it was about treatment they wouldn't be racist, it's about an ideology and about ignorance. To end racism we need education/knowledge/experience and many other things, racism will probably never end, but hopefully it will steadily decrease...
