Decreased inflammation and boosted immune function, but the studies are based on from dawn to dusk, theres significant risk to the kidneys tho if done incorrectly according to the same study, I cant find any info on anyone attempting a 4 day dry fast and google basically only comes back with "3-4 days before likely to die with no water for a healthy human" when I put any variation of search relating to 3 or 4 day dry fast lol
