In another reality men clothes are what we call women clothes and vice versa. You've just conformed to the ideology of this world. At the end of the day it's just a piece of fabric really. Skirts, shirts, pants.....all just a piece of a fabric. Fabric isn't assigned to a specific gender. Americans are some of the biggest shyt stain loser confused conformed idiots that this planet has to offer I swear. You nikkas dont even know the reason why you feel like you do have the time.

To Lord Jamar and others, manhood is a performance. One’s personal style is a part of that act and the minute you deviate from the collective acceptance of masculine ideals, you are worthy of ridicule, condemnation, or the very least, be questioned about your manhood, an all-too common occurrence that deserves re-examination.

Manhood is a performance??????!!!!:dahell::mindblown:

How we was raised is a performance nowadays huh muthafukka... someone find this guy, force his ass to walk down 125th in harlem in a leather skirt lets see how much he performs then!

The whole concept of "don't worry about anyone else" or "If they're wearing it how does it affect you" is laughable.

Black Americans are literally the only one's who are told this. Whites, Jews,Asians etc all stick together for the most part as a supportive community. They ain't about to be looked at as clowns regardless of who doesn't like them.

With us it's "no ok boy you can let these folks walk around looking like fools, it shouldn't affect you"

Yeah fukking right. That's like saying the media doesn't affect anything. It's not a tool used to alter perception.

People get killed over perceptions. Lose opportunities over perceptions. I'm against the thought that for a black man to be able to be "safe" He has to be totally non aggressive and feminized.

It's a slippery slope.

"How can't he be "hip-hop" because he isn't lyrical? How can you call him wack?"

To eventually..

"How come he isn't hip-hop because he jerks off guys with his butt?"

My biggest problem with this "new chic" is that people take it so personal when you criticize it.

Granted; if ppl are insulting you with names, I understand. But, Young Thug looks like a cornball wearing a little girl's dress (as he admitted) and Omar Epps looks ridiculous in a leather skirt.

And I feel that way before getttin' into the black feminization discussion.

And word to Lord Jamar, Complex are guests in Hip-Hop that are wearin' out there welcome. They still get love for publishing that Nipsey article--where he was goin' in on them.

When asked about it, the former Brand Nubian emcee flatly said, "I'm not feelin' him. The more feminine shyt that you do, the more you're going to have to do other shyt to try to prove your manhood." I’ve always found homophobia...

This wasn't a homophobic comment. If anything--if Complex understood the culture they'd know--it makes a lot of sense.
