No he's not, Joe Budden is old but not that old, he's actually in tune with today's music and culture to a degree, and also generates headlines. He had the Meek and Drake stuff in 2015/16 which is what catapulted him back into the mainstream public eye. Nobody who doesn't watch VladTV interviews knows or cares about Lord Jamar, and that's not a slight against him or his opinions. Also, Budden knows how to do and maneuver this 21st-century journalist broadcast style. It's why his podcast, this show, the Migos Drake Meek Yachty beefs all generate/generated so much buzz. Budden was literally irreplaceable because the show is predicated around what he brought to the table and how Ak bounced off him. Also, they've all already built up a really good chemistry after about 9 months of doing the show together.

Everybody watches VladTV, everybody knows who Lord Jamar is now.

If that number is actually real, it would imply he’s pricing himself out and wants to leave.

It’s interesting, because the show was bringing him so much more popularity, that it would open up financial opportunities outside of everyday struggle.

However, I think Joe is use to doing things on his own terms.
