Business insider did there own list a few months back and NYC was number 1.
The delusional people are the websites/companies that make these list.
Next week they’ll make a new list of “best cities” and Chicago won’t even make number 5.

Next month another site will make a new list and it will be complete different order and next month the same etc etc.
