glad I aint the only one here that thinks this city is wack on almost all levels :mjlol:

parking - wack
traffic - woat
entertainment - wack
nightlife - wack
dining - kinda ok but really expensive so may as well put in wack catagory.. $20-30 for bread bowls with clam chowder :what: $15 tater tots :what: I mean I get it from a business stand point cause rent high
weather - wack 90% of the time
rent - woat
shopping - wack

outside of actual careers , which seem to be rapidly moving away to cheaper locations like Dallas.. there is 0 appeal to San Francisco for the most part compared to other major cities

whenever I visit LA or Vegas :ahh: the weather :ahh: the night life :ahh: the women :ahh: not sitting in traffic 2 hours to drive 15 miles :ahh:

I will say in San Francisco defense, when its 80 degrees outside its a really nice city to be around but when the bar is set at San Diego and LA, it falls real short..

Be a major city next to the ocean but never be warm enough to swim brehs

+ add the fact that the average rent is like 3 racks unless you live with multiple randoms and even living with your friends after college years is for the birds. And there’s shyt everywhere and people are good about picking up after their dogs so 9 times out of 10 it’s human shyt.

It’s paradise if you’re a white lame from some small shyt town who moved here and now you think you’re in some elite tier city because it’s lightyears ahead of the irrelevant city you came from
Or if you’re asian with a white first name and went to UCSB for college now you rent a house with 6 other (white) guys and work at uber and love buying 15$ cocktails for a gaggle of squawking twats who get drunk on your dime and instagram everything then friendzone you as soon as their lyft arrives outside

I’m not mad at Boston being high on the high on the list. Boston is a well established city with one of the most diverse black diasporas in the nation.

The fact that Minneapolis is number 2 on the list let’s you know the list is bullshyt.

This list is biased towards Condé Nast readers. So we don’t know how these people look. Most likely Cacs off course.

Now if you actually talked to every human then LA, San Fran, Houston, Dallas, Miami, Atlanta, and DC would probably get more realistic votes than Minneapolis.

I also believe @ab.aspectus knows the list is BS but decided to share it cause Chicago got number 1

:russ:

Hmm, nah. The list is legit. Minneapolis is really trendy right now and is similar in a sense to Nashville and Denver.

The rankings from Business Insider that you posted was for best global cities which I would expect to have criteria different from the rankings that I posted which were for best domestic cities. Plus, I would rely more on a Condé Nast ranking because, well, their publication is dedicated to travelers over a Business Insider ranking, who publishes all types of shyt business and non-business related.

Most urban areas a popping right now because of Millenials, so I think the Condé Nast ranking is pretty accurate.

People are scowling at Greenville, New Orleans, Savannah. Those southerns towns have loads of character, history, and a good culinary scene which are what people want when they visit, especially southern towns. Which is why I get on Atlanta because instead of it cultivating its unique southerness, it’s trying to be the next LA, which is probably why it’s not on the list.

Greenville, SC popping? :lupe:

It’s not surprising to me. Lots of smaller southern towns are becoming very trendy, like Asheville or Chattanooga. I go down to Aiken, South Carolina a lot because my grandfather is from there, and Aiken is very nice, so I can imagine Greenville may be seeing a resurgence.

Sante Fe huh? :ehh:

Im intrigued

Beautiful little city. Great vacation spot to unplug. ZERO black people there. ZERO. As in you get stared at just walking into a restaurant. I've been on business a couple of times.

If I didn't hate SC, I would move there out of all the major cities here. Columbia is boring, Charleston is overrated, Florence is country as hell with zero jobs, and Myrtle Beach is trashy now.

Greenville, SC popping? :lupe:

no.

don't Chu believe it.
if you ain't never been nuffin like all these non urban, urban intellectuals.
then maybe they see sumfin I do not.

this town is burlesque depot made.
plus it is white as fukk down to the so-called think they act black locals.

if the city not really segregated.

they can keep this ole mixed with white people city shyt.

gimme the Chi in south shore, and the one to the nine.
Plus my cove back on south shore off the lake.

all the rest of this shyt around the world is huff.
my peoples moved us from the best block on fukk'n earth.

that I will never trust a transplant on nuffin again.
let alone daily life, outside a real urban metropolis.

most of these cities just filled with transplants.
who never even went outside in a city for real. Or they sheltered suburbanites.

they never even had the large volume of social interaction a city provides in one minute.
yet will act like they know wtf is to it and THEY DO NOT.

when a real nikka who do not know will say he does not and will ask. They think they can learn everything from observation and you can not in an urban intellectual based landscape. if you not from a major city in a black urban segregated area. I know you are behind and i know you not gon ramp either. You literally a vic in any urban area.
plus and will not accept accountability to change your lack of urban intellectualism and conceptualism. Thus what is real reality.

this country shyt is a legally amalgamted racist and economic slave's reality.

I would never recommend living outside of a large segregated urban area ever if you were black.

leave this country southern shyt behind...

believe me.
