No I didn't. The gist of what I said is Developers/Publishers are responsible are responsible for servers for their own games, not the platform holder. That fact alone, tells you not all games will have dedicated servers. Whether a game has dedicated servers or P2P servers is up to the Developers/Publisher.
The gist of what you said is that Microsoft has created an environment to encourage the use of dedicated servers and Sony has not. This is evident in the fact that COD will have dedicated servers on Xbox and not on ps4. You then when on to say hopefully another company will hurry up and catch up with M$ so playstation games will have the same chance at dedicated servers.

If PS4 doesn't have dedicated servers and you don't plan on getting the system in the first place then why care? I plan on buying both eventually so this news doesn't make me feel good at all.
ps3girls dont realize most of us xbots were playstanleys to at some point. but we got tired of the lies and jumped ship. now best believe if by chance ps4 had a much better console(not on specs on REALITY)online and off then the box. we would leave the box in a heart beat with no looking back. especially since we've jumped ship on a console we loved..before.

How the fukk you even know "CoD: Ghosts" won't have dedicated servers on the PS4? Notice how Microsoft NEVER said dedicated servers on "CoD: Ghosts" would be exclusive to Xbox1. God knows MS loves to throw around their favorite word "Exclusive".
MS has a marketing deal with CoD (The same way Sony has a marketing deal with "Destiny"), part of that deal is no doubt to not even talk about having dedicated servers on PS4:
If they had them on ps4 Sony or activision would be talking about it. They might be trying to work something out. But Microsoft can't tell Sony or activision that they aren't allowed to talk about it.
