Not true. I used to play on PC when I was a kid, now it's more convenient to just sit down on my couch, start up my ps4 and play. No keyboard and mouse crap. I'm more of a casual gamer tho, I could see how pc gaming is better for nerds tho

Majority of games on PC are plug n play now with Xbox controllers. I rarely use kb/m

Both run at 30FPS
a 5 year old GPS on a PC can outperform both

What CPU is he using?? I say that because I have a 3GB 7970 paired with a 4.4GHZ Intel Pentium G3258 and I can't get Watchdogs to run at a steady 30fps at 1080P. That game is very CPU hungry so he's only telling half the story.

I like my console for sports game and Destiny... that's about it

I like my PC for multiplats and single player games and to pirate games made by EA and Ubisoft


And then there are times when I get tired of the generic FPS games that come out consoles so I like the indie market on PC a lot better.

But single player games like Fallout or Elder Scrolls with mods>>>>than the console experience.

Knowing 6 to 8 years u don't have to upgrade because ur graphics card or whatever is not compatible with newer games.

considering the life span of consoles this post makes no sense at all. also the majority of popular multi platform games started on the pc. call of duty, battlefield, the witcher, and dozen more all started as pc games that was ported to consoles.

As someone that enjoys bot consoles and PC I can say PC gaming is not as cheap and convenient as PC Stans would lead you to believe especially if you want to outperform the consoles.


PC's main advantage is a wealth of options.

Consoles advantage is a laser focus on AAA gaming experiences.

If you have the money you should try both

1. A decent gaming rig + accessories = more than a console.
2. Consoles are dedicated gaming systems, I want to play games so that's what I get. When I want a vehicle that has room for cargo i don't get a motorcycle then buy a side car and call it "superior because i have more handling". I get a truck because that's what its MADE to do.
3. Most games control like shyt on a pc besides FPS, I shouldn't HAVE to get a controller to do anything reasonable.
4. With no extra effort i'm playing HD shyt on my HD tv with my 5.1 sound. Again, with no extra effort or add-ons.


PC gaming is cool, its still the best way to play a MMORPG or a FPS, but as a fighting game junkie and a adventure game junkie the benefit of a bigger screen + controllers just makes consoles worth it to me.
