Honestly I wasn't going to post on this, but PC is starting to look dope to me. Of course, the social stigma will always favor the console, but PC just wins overall.
Every single system up until next (current) gen, (PSOne, PS2, PS3, Wii, 99 percent of Microsoft titles) for next to nothing. You can play catch up without spending a penny. No lie, I'm still juiced on the fact that I can play Wii games (with a Wii U controller) on my PC, and play PSOne/2 games with my next gen controller. It's easy to hook everything up to a TV nowadays with a controller, so the "keyboard and mouse" talk is a myth nowadays. Also all of that stuff you get from Roku, Amazon Fire, Apple Tv, ect. Is all right there free of charge on the PC. Hulu doesn't cost anything on the PC for example. There's also programs that let you utilize mobile only apps. The more I look at it the more I see PC is ahead of the curve. Also it's funny when you think about it:
The original xbox turned the corner when they added games like counter-strike to the line-up, that was the game that had everyone on it. A game that came from the PC. And XBone will turn the corner when they finally add those MMO's like ESonline, watch everyone be on the XBOne when that drops. I see why consoles hesitate to cross platform their online, because if they did it'd be a wrap.
