Obviously I know it’s a James Brown sample and not a bad boy original. it’s not a bad boy sample but bad boy wouldn’t clear the part of the verse that samples biggie and total. That’s what I was told at least. If that’s not the issues then Shady didn’t want to pay James Brown’s estate to clear the sample itself.
