I rock my locs as a proud brotha, but when white people are around its always some sista telling me to cut my locs or some bull like that. When we're alone they're usually cool with the fact my hair is dreaded up and play in them.

And for the bruthas, a group of us were having a conversation about something random, imma say paper clips.. And some how they started going off on black women who wear weaves, im sitting there like thinking "these damn jancrows know we're not supposted to be talking about shyt like that around white people". The white people in the group kept the face the whole time, cus they even knew these fools were fukking up

One of the Deans at my job is an older white lady and the Director of the dept is an older black woman, they're about the same age. When the black woman meets with other depts or schools, instead of introducing herself and her title, she calls herself "the dean's pitbull" She also often talks about how fair the boss' skin is and how delicate it is, telling us to make sure the temp in the office is always on the cooler side to accommodate for her. Disgusting

This is sad but kinda funny too

So every year we have these once a year Quarter 3 "pump up/jock-jams" ass conferences.

They do it by division and I'm the only black manager in mine, but there are several black non-managers etc.

Every year (no joke) they have our executives up on stage trying to get us all "excited" for Quarter 3...the only thing a breh is excited for is the free lunch and time off the floor

Well after the powerpoint presentation they have these "games" where they give away $20 gift cards...and then the music starts

I swear this shyt has to be a fetish to older white men ...they always play the "newest" rap song with a dance and offer a gift card to someone to teach them how to dance...

A few years ago it was the Dougie and the schmoney dance..It's always brothers (and some sisters) fighting each other to get on stage and teach everyone how to dance on some

This last year two brothers went up and "offered" to show everyone how to Milly Rock and I swear it was the most uncomfortable I've ever been at work. I felt bad for them thinking that dancing at work while people clap and laugh at you is ever going to get you somewhere

So this is a lil different. The other day im sitting at my desk and one of the managers from finance comes by. We're cool and I see him at the gym regularly and chop it. Very cool white guy. So this mofo comes up to my desk and goes - "hey, so I was talking to the CFO and he wants me to go downstairs and collect rent from the tenant below (my company owns the building). I told him why send me, when they could just send you downstairs and they'd gladly give up the money."

I was so furious man - but this is my bread and butter and I had to bite the bullet. Am I bugging about this statement? I swear they don't even realize how innate it is in them!

It's this new brother at my job who c00ns on a daily basis. He breaks his damn neck to get in ANY conversation with the white people he doesn't even realize they laughing AT him and not with him. You know it's bad when the office fat, white woman pulled me to the side and was like Rod do you see him standing over me for an hour looking down my shirt
2 examples of his c00ning. He was leaving the office one day and he said "I'm going to vote for Trump just so I can see Kanye move out the country" and he and all of "them" bussed out laughing
Yesterday he says a MILLION times I'm about to go so I can go get my hair cut...for almost 2 hours every conversation he could get with one of "them" he ended with well I'm about to leave so I can go get my hair cut. So finally one entertained him and said "well it looks fine to me" he then says no it looks like a wet dog mullet I'm sitting there like nikka IF YOU DON'T GET YO CLOWN ASS UP OUT OF HERE AND GO GET YOU A WACK ASS FADE!!
Then dude never says anything to me cause I guess he either sees me as the competition or he knows I'm wayyyyy too real

The c00ns will always be the roots of our downfall I always feel second hand embarassment anytime I see these c00ns c00ning for cacs and other races.

When I was working at a call center there was this bedwench who kept ignoring black folk but was all smiles and was friendly with other races. I told her hi the first week I was working there, and she ignored me. But she went out of her way to talk to this cac, who was not checking for her at all. Yet she went out of her way to be extra friendly with him, but gave nikkas the all the time.

Yeah natural hair and septum piercing, and she talked like a white girl.
