90% of the black females here are bucking

dealing with a security guard like this right now. I go by one office every other monday and see his ass all smiles for cacs but as soon as a negro walk by he's screw face. I don't say a word to him just hit him with the ice grill everytime.

Same when you go to the nightclubs or go to the bars. In my city most bouncers are black and they make sure the cacs feel like hollywood stars. But as soon as a breh is within their sight they screw face him . They make sure we dont belong in there and give us the most uncomfortable treatment

At my last position the executive director of the facility I worked at was a bedwench. It was strange because her daughter was lily white and her son looked biracial. Anyhow she was standing by two cacs (who didn’t even like her black ass) talking about how her son said “ya know, mom, they don’t wanna stand for the flag...” or some shyt...I guess he played rugby at some school. I had the look on my face when she said that shyt. That’s when it finally clicked for me why she never had my back when I would complain about shyt.

As the only black employee in my company i Havant experienced any c00ning. But I have realised my stern personality makes cacs uncomfortable. Manager has said that i have a 'strong' personality cause i always say how i feel about shyt

I understand why cacs would rather be around c00ns because they want to feel free and not tippy toe to prevent being checked for their bullshyt.

He does his job and doesn't give any back talk. Hasnt had a raise in 4 yrs, but doesn't complain and is thankful to have a job, as he should be
