Another completely unjustified kill by our law enforcement officer. He didn’t charge him, nor was he in range to do any harm to that officer unless he was a trained axe thrower. Devil on devil violence but that cop needs to be imprisoned for 2nd degree murder or manslaughter. If YOU were on camera shooting someone with an axe that far away from you, you would be immediately jailed and charged with manslaughter.
