So as the more violent protesters have took their ass home, I've been watching over the last couple of days, cops beating the shyt out of white protesters. I'm talking about none violent, kumbaya ass white folks. And I cant help but to think that all those same white folks might have given police the benefit of the doubt the before but now, they will hate them just as much as most black people who have to encounter them. They've been given these whites folks the treatment that they have reserved for only us in the past. I dont think they know how much this does them a disservice. I'm heard people I would have never thought say, the police are terrorist. I swear, something feels different this time. We have to keep the pressure on and keep showing these images because the police cant help themselves, they always turn violent. My whole twitter feed is retweets of videos that show them beating peaceful protestors.

agreed

there's going to eventually be blowback on the federal and certainly state level most places


The cops have completely missed the mark and it shows in the responses that they're getting from large swathes of society

The officer quoted is Jared Yuen, is this the same guy who got flamed a few days ago for telling a protester to "shut up b*tch"? and who was also pointed out for appropriating black culture? (wearing grills)
