Didnt even bother to take the cuffs off the man while he was passed out dying. Eyes rolling in the back of his head and they are talking about he is breathing.. How is a trained EMT gonna walk up so casual and not immediately recognize this man was in trouble? She sees death everyday.. She knew he was dead or dying.. She just didnt care cause he was black. I'm sure every squad car has a first aid kit and portable oxygen mask in it. I'm not a doctor but I know if someone is having trouble breathing that's the first thing you do while waiting for the ambulance.

Now imagine if that was a white woman laying there.. better yet imagine if it was dog laying there.. Both would get better treatment. think about how sick their minds work. They would give CPR to a dog before a black person.

Nope. Neither is smoking weed or any other the countless other things that cops use as an excuse to harass colored folk.

That's the key though...the cop is a nobody til he tells you to do something and you don't comply in the manner he THINKS you should.

After that he basically becomes a god. Even if he was in the wrong to begin with, chances are, because he's a cop, he is given the benefit of the doubt because by definition a cop is supposed to be a sterling example of a human being who follows all laws and thus has been entrusted to enforce them.
