Actually you can. My mans got a dui for admitting to being high when he made a turn at a red light. 3000$ in lawyer and court fees and 2 years supervised probation. He’s goofy and got nervous and admitted it and said he smoked 2 hours earlier. And OP what you think the cop was going to call the DEA for your gram of weed goofy? Lmao it must suck to live in a bum fukk state. Can have a whole 14 grams and only get a citation up here
