:laff:

The Barbershop is being maligned by these negros.

Rob Parker talking about "I'm not talking about the college educated blacks. I'm talking the ones in the barbershop."

Exactly. I remember watching it go down when it did and being very uncomfortable with it all. Parker came off as extremely stupid and ignorant. Like why do opinions coming from a the barbershop any more legitimate than the opinions coming from any where else. So uneducated blacks have a more sense of whats real? Whos cutting these educated blacks hair? It was just such a mess. The "he's a republican" and "white girlfriend" ended it for him.

It was a classic case of "when keeping it real goes wrong". I always like Parker and always agreed with his stance on race in sports and in America. But he was wrong on his stance on RGIII He went alittle too far and jumped to his own conclusions about him without knowing him first. What he said might be true in the long run but its better off not said on a public forum like that.

FIRED?!?The ESPN spokesperson wasn't even subtle. Mentioned all the tawdry deTAILS. 0_o

Rob Parker did NOT mean anything malicious by it. He was just wondering out loud whether or not RG3 is down for the hood team. America was not ready to engage in that convo wrt this golden boy. Not yet at least. Let us weep for our fallen commentator. :'-(

not a single black person in sight...RGIII is on his :mjpls:
Yet you'd probably be the one cheerleading Vince Young when he said that black qbs arent viewed differently because Vince didn't want to rock the boat.

YEt here you are dissing RGIII who said he was knows how black qbs are wrongly viewed from jump and that's who you diss.

:salute:
