Knowing that WM is gonna be 10 hours or whatever and how hellish it was getting into the Superdome last time im thinking about just saying F it, catch it at the crib, and just go to Raw/SD or maybe even just SD
On the other hand, I don't know when WM will be back in NO, or how many more Taker got in him
Taker shouldnt even be in this one. Last year should have been it.
And yeah, it will be a while before its back in NO. Mania tickets are high no doubt. The only ones that I got for cheap were SD tickets. The other 3 shows cost a mint.

Ehh, people were saying the same thing for their Mania 31 match - and that shyt had a fukking atrocious build that ended with a fukking tug of war for the belt
- and it didn't go that way. I think the biggest fear for that match should be that it gets silence and apathy like the last two main main events and Elimination Chamber. People are defeated more than pissed at Roman's push. At this point, the crowd going wild and trolling/booing them wouldn't be the worse scenario imo.

Has it really been worse than the last 2 years? honest question, I haven't seen anything besides some youtube clips and this week's SD (which was very bad besides DB's return) but I have a hard time picturing HOW it could be as bad as the last 2 Manias.

It's hard to say. The last few events were bad because they were largely forgettable. On paper, this Mania should be a good to great event. Over 75% of the matches should be good. To me, it's bad because they really haven't done anything to further the storylines going into the show.
The bigger matches are one-sided interactions cause the part timers aren't there
- Brock finally showed up last week after Roman was calling him out for weeks using the same rinse/repeat promo.
- Cena hasn't interacted with Taker at all yet, and it's creeping into the same territory. The difference is Cena's a strong enough talker to the point of it being halfway interesting though.
- Ronda is dark match status due to how green she is and there's no motivation for anybody to care about the outcome of her match with Steph/HHH
The RR winners have been complete afterthoughts.
- AJ/Nakamura aren't really beefing and are basically frenemies going into the event
- Asuka's win got overshadowed by Ronda and she inexplicably jumped to SD to fight Chaelotte
That said, I'm pretty excited for the event from a match standpoint.
I wouldn't say Asuka's jump to SD was inexplicable. She ran through the entire roster on Raw already and saw that the biggest challenge was Charlotte, not Bliss who would get utterly destroyed in an instant. I don't know if it was communicated that was on TV or not but that seems fairly obvious from a story standpoint, although it certainly makes the Raw side look like trash.
Yeah Asuka kicked Raw's women's ass. She smoked them. She beat Bliss. Punked Absolution. Beat Sasha and Bayley back to back weeks. Slapped up Emma before she got deavored. Saved Team Raw at Survivor Series by beating Nattie..and she made Nia Jax cry and become a different character..shes ABOVE the Raw womens match because she owned them.

Asuka wanted to fight the best at WrestleMania. She already beat Alexa and no one wanted to see that match again, so Charlotte is the last woman she has left to go through.
