Its part of it. Those countries most likely have more multi-generational homes than here as well.Nah, I feel like their heavy smoking culture is being exposed. France, Italy, Spain, China...

how many anecdotes about his italian family do we have to listen toi dont really see how this is exposing the healthcare system as "flawed". you think it would be more efficient if the government was in charge? You are drawing conclusions way too early, when the data is skewed to favour your biases.
I guarantee you 12 months from now the US death toll will not only be larger than France, but also Spain, Italy, and the UK. Maybe even all four combined.
When the dust settles is the time to make sweeping statements about healthcare systems being exposed, and I promise you, when the dust settles, the evidence will show that it is the American system that is deeply flawed and not UHC.

My GF is saying that her hospital administrators are saying that as well. We’re in different states, was kinda doing a self quarantine bc I was working in a downtown area with tons of cases. planning on what to do going forward. Thanks breh. Be safe
.
Fukk his approval ratings may yet go up
There were rumors for MIchigan today. How far do you guys think we are from a full lockdown? State borders shut down, etc..

not to be the my uncle works here guy
but my uncle works at teh CDC and told my mom to expect a shut down two week from now. that was last week. so he has a week to come good.
but i do feel like these non essential bans are warm ups to a shut down. im not afraid of it but these people will act super silly. but the fact of the matter is americans Live too fast, cant sit still, and are afraid to have the govt tell them to do anything even for their own well being. so while a shut down prob shoulda happened two weeks ago it didnt happen because i believe they are afraid of backlash
Went to Italy, Poland, and Germany in 2017 with my girlfriend. Lotta smokers. A ton. But almost no obese people. Honestly I’m not sure I saw a single one. So if their smoking culture is being exposed I think our fat culture is about to be exposed.Nah, I feel like their heavy smoking culture is being exposed. France, Italy, Spain, China...

I’m with you. I’m expecting a sort of go out, go in, go out, go in, repeating process.my big fear is that come two weeks people who haven’t seen the effects of the virus first hand are just gonna say fukk it and start trying to live life like normal.. it’s just like climate change.. it’s cold where I am so global warming is obviously some sort of hoax.
I agree these shutdowns of restaurants, events and others are a gradual buildup to a total shutdown. I’ve thought the whole time Americans would not take well to that.. we’ll see
