Italy took a while to get on full lockdown and only then did the number of cases start dropping. in the US, we still have States that refuse to lockdown. It will only hurt us in the long run because as the virus spreads to new communities who aren’t locking down, outbreaks will occur and people will flee to states that have already been locked down. What this means you will have multiple states that will peak at different times. And the red states medical infrastructure is not resolute to handle this. And the other thing is with domestic travel going on the threat of a second wave coming from the south and red states could re infect states that already flatten the curve. If Italy is going through the process of Plateauing, then America should be 3-4 weeks out. So I think by May we will start to drop and by June, we can slowly start to reopen some non-vital businesses (Nothing Major like Theme Parks/Stadiums).
Something like Salons/Small Business, that will have a mandatory limit they can set coming in.
