my sisters friend who owns a business had a employee who was positive and didn’t tell no one. She got it, gave it to her kids, husband and her grandmother caught it. The grandma ended up on a ventilator.

Can’t imagine what that fam is going thru.

On the outset I would say that's murder.

But you also need to ask about an environment where a worker has to lie about a Covid test to make ends meet.

That's not to cast blame on your sister's friend, rather the system as a whole.

It sounds like she has a mild case and will very likely beat it. Of course no one wants to get COVID but if you’re young and relatively healthy it’s not a death sentence.

I feel we forget that part sometimes. Obviously still get vaxxed and take precaution but cases =\= deaths on a 1 to 1.
