Corporate white women (white women in general) are entitled as fukk and believe every black man in the office is trying to hit on them.

My department director is an old white dude.

The white ladies who I have to interact with are, in essence, under me...so they don't have the option of putting up walls or any of that other nonsense.

A agree with the first part whole-heatedly.

2nd part is a lil diff for me. They attempt to flirt heavy or ask simptastic favors.
I just ignore them.

But in your situation you just ignore them as well. They believe that they are God's gift to black men.

Unless they are above you in a managerial position, you don't need to interact with them.

I wasn't really offering, however, I've had my coffee so I'm slightly more chipper.

In those type of situations, maintaining professional language and being an effective communicator is key.

I used to have to be completely monotone in my dealings when I wasn't in my current position and I had to interact with white females continually. You can't control other's feelings or opinions but you can create a persona that enforces that you're all about business, eventually, that has to be acknowledged and hopefully that should bring those barriers down.

The problem is when you're dealing with the ones who are confused. The ones who might actually like you but who feel so awkward/insecure in dealing with black males that they go to extremes to put up buffers to avoid dealing with you in the first place.

All il say is just say "hello" to the women in a polite manner and then promptly keep it moving dont even think about them, that goes for all colors, races, religions, whatever.

Don't even exert brain power to think about them, please dont do it to yourself.
You'l learn to not try to understand intricacies of females as you get older because its like trying to solve a defective rubix cube that keeps changing dimensions.

I never talk to white women at work. I don't see them in real life or at work. They don't exist to me.
