Lol, a lot of the ignorant misogynistic shyt that you see black men spilling are actually learned from white men, even if it doesn't and never applied to them(eg. The housewife stereotype, complaints about "American women", education and jobs of today are " biased" towards women, women can't *insert thing here* ect.Some of these hoes have the nerve to try to talk over me. I purposedly ignore the pretty chicks in general at work unless they spark a convo and give off vibes that the pipe game is needed. I dont want no HR person hitting me up, defaming my character.

I've been in the corporate arena for 12 years and am in a managerial position now, I had a long response typed out but I deleted it. All il say is just say "hello" to the women in a polite manner and then promptly keep it moving dont even think about them, that goes for all colors, races, religions, whatever.
Don't even exert brain power to think about them, please dont do it to yourself.
You'l learn to not try to understand intricacies of females as you get older because its like trying to solve a defective rubix cube that keeps changing dimensions.

Yup & I ignore them & keep it moving like @BaggerofTea said. After a while these same females now go out of their way to speak to me now & I'm cordial/professional but brief & still keep it moving. I've been invited out for drinks by them many times which I've declined every single time.
