whats the difference between gas? :laff:

If i fill my car up at $4 a gallon its going to drive the same as if I filled it up at $2 a gallon:laff:

its not a scenario, its a simple fukking question. Would you want your gas at $2 a gallon or $4 a gallon.

Then question is so fukking simple but you dont want to answer it cause you know you're gonna embarrass yourself with your dumb logic of "make more money"
you're trying to make a bad analogy between gas and cities that doesn't hold. hence gas is not all the same. theres only a few cities that rival New York.

What's the difference between unleaded gas across the states?

Bell Steiner Ranch Rentals - Austin, TX | Apartments.com

New York is laughably overrated/overpriced. Even if I was a millionaire
I been to Austin and lived in Brooklyn, I'd gladly pay the $1700 for her studio in Brooklyn vs living in Austin :heh:

I'm not an advocate of overpaying to rent, but NYC really is the only city in the US I feel is worth the premium. San Francisco definitely IS NOT. I can't believe the rent people are paying to live in that lame city

I didn't live in Austin, I've visited.

And personally, NY has so much culture (regardless of how native NYers feel about the decline in native NYC culture, the number of different types of people from different countries, in sizable amounts, all in NYC makes the city interesting to me), a ton of activities, interesting architecture and history, great food, great nightlife, the best public trans system, BK and manhattan are gorgeous, it's near water, easy to travel from (easy to get flights all over the us, 5.5-6 hrs to europe, 3 hrs to the caribbean, 6-8 hrs to South America, easy to take trains/buses to all the cities up and down the east coast) , tons of shopping, museums, concerts, broadway, high paying jobs, mind blowing real estate and the true essence of city/high rise living - Chicago has dope high rises also, but has no where near the pulse of NY

So NY is great cause it's quicker to other places outside of NY...if it's so great why you wanna leave to all these places :troll:

Also 90% of what you mentioned is austin

With almost half the cost of living:umad:

That apartment in the video is no way better looking than the one I posted.

That stuff is not in Austin. Austin is a great city for white people who love bars and dressing like shyt

I've lived in ny philly D.C. Chicago la and the bay...I'm from the bay, I have zero reason to prop up NY, it just simply lives up to the premium it costs to live there compared to other places. That's great you're perfectly content living in Austin, it's clearly not alluring to many others. if more people actually wanted to live there, like they do NY, y'all would have the same cost of living problem

Austin's cost of living is currently rising because of the surge of people moving here mostly from Cali. I've also ran into a couple people that have moved FROM NY telling me how happy they are that it's cheaper. Only thing austin doesn't have is the short flights to overseas. We have amazing lakes. I should know cause I live right next to Lake Travis. I'm not making this up. Austin is the NY of Texas but cheaper. Yall can pay more to get a hot dog outside your apartment complex at 4am

And even then you'll live like me making 70k here :francis:
NYC is overrated as fukk....I'm making just over $100K in Denver.
The vibe is wayyy better
People are nicer
Weather is better (last 2 winters weren't harsh, I can't tell ya'll how many times I sent my frineds screenshots from the wether app on my phone during the winters)
Women are wayyyy more with it (Last year fukked at least 60 girls....this year I already matched my last year total by the summer)
Women look better too lol (People in Denver are overall in better shape)
