You seem like a reasonable fellow, I'll talk to you like an equal and maybe you can help explain to your peers why it's all good :shake: The future of gaming will consist of games that will take advantage of the cloud for reasons beneficial to you, the gamer!!! Will there be offline based single player games in the future? Yeah, but by the end of this Gen probably notthe thread was over right here.
someone from microsoft even said that you had be on the cloud to play games. you can't get to the cloud without internet.
the xbox one is going to be laughed off the planet. only a fukkin moron would buy that shiit.
ignore this dudes threads and he'll stop posting. at least use an alias that's actually funny.
it'll be rare. Even if it's possible to play the campaign totally offline, it's likely there would also be an online component that will be more popular in the long run. That longevity is extremely important as we transition into going full digital. GameStop is fudged not because of used game DRM's, but because of games going straight up free to play (Hey, that story sounds kinda tru) Sony already offers their biggest flops this way so they can make some of the money they lost on Uncharted 3 aka Uncharted 1.75. Any game you buy as long as you have the disc and the game is offline based? Then you good. You don't need the internet to confirm if there is a disc in the system fellas. After E3 all of this will be clear for both systems. Remember, this is what the devs wanted. Microsoft was already getting it's check. They was caking off the old model already. Because of biased fanboys the PS3 side of the stanning turns a blind eye to everything basically. From online security or consistency, to this false cry for offline assurance? If you don't have internet, you don't have power (/thread) we BEEN in the WiFi era. And who in the hell would buy an expensive internet device but not have internet?would you pay for internet if you didn't have a pc or tablet?

would you pay for internet if you didn't have a pc or tablet?

I didn't ask if it could be used, the question is would youyeah
those devices have other uses besides just something to connect to the internet.

I'm assuming most of the videos and music came from the internet. Maybe you can find a bootlegger on a corner somewhere slanging DJ Clue 2013 mixtapes. Did you get any of your programs from the internet? Hopefully best buy has it. And forget google cuz it's either a phonebook or 411. But if you cool with all that Mr.Flintstone more power to yaYes you can type, edit, print documents and photos. Edit video and music etc
