NYC is only offering $100 for those that haven't been vaccinated yet to get vaccinated. $100 can be stretched, but at the same time, it's not enough to introduce some foreign substance into your body.
That study says nothing of the transferability. Just said more folks had symptomatic breakthrough symptoms. Alpha was more dangerous, but burnt out. Healthcare workers aren’t exactly the best sample anyways, as they are way more likely to be around and take in heavier viral loads which correlate to worse infections

It maybe more contagious but the patients that come into our ICU look the same as previous strains. We treat them the same as we did previously
One can introduce COVID into their bodies for free. Many in fact do. So the question people should be asking is would you rather take $100 to get vaccinated against COVID or take $0 and get COVID.
If you look at the UK, it looks to be more contagious but less deadly

BUT, the most vulnerable population is highly vaccinated. I'm assuming the UK has a high percentage of it's older population being vaxxed too

Anybody come across any data related to the mixing of vaccines? I've been fully vaccinated since early April but getting concerned the effectiveness may be wearing off. I've seen reports about Pfizer working on their booster shot but I'm hesitant to wait with Delta running through these streets. With NYC offering $100, I'm really starting to consider this Moderna re-up. If I remember correctly, one breh in this thread got all three vaccinesHow are you doing months down the road fam?

Part of the problem is scientists/doctors can tell us everything we want to know about the virus, but there’s a human element that’s missing. There’s so much bloody back and forth people start tuning out the messenger whether they’re right or wrong.
also doctors didn’t realize how moronic people are. They’re going to do their own thing regardless. Should have never lifted the mask mandate. Should never have thought that people would do the right thing either.
