This made me realize I've never seen a brother doing Crossfit

I don't know if it was intentional or not, but that's the secret for Crossfit's success. The hefty price keeps out minorities and allows liberal white people to hang out with other liberal white people without feeling guilty.

shyt literally pisses me off. i wanna laugh at these people, but i just feel sorry for their ignorance. as a person that has spent years and years in a gym, preaching (and living) the importance of compound lifts and proper form. crossfit comes thru and just shyts all over everything. crossfit is straight up disrespectful to the art of weightlifting.




what works? lifting weights? of course that works.

I think was my laugh for the week. But seriously, I know a couple of people that do it and they have amazing results. They did get hurt a lot though. Nothing that required surgery but a smashed toe or a cut hand or arm here and there. But together they lost over 200lbs doing it for a year.
