I'm in the military... Crossfitters are funny.

My E7 does it religiously and tries to implement it in out daily PT. I'm usually just like :comeon: At him though.

When I told him I warmup with kettlebells, he was like:what:

When I told him I hang clean 185 for reps, he was like:what: again.

Crossfit is just a fad, you're paying for the "class" more so than the actual workout. You can do most of it on your own (and correctly) without sustaining major injury, but most people can't do it without that group/class/cult camaraderie. I definitely don't need that shyt... And fukk a kipping pull-up :why:

Most people are really faddish when it comes to working out... Especially Caucasians.

I dont know why a "Crossfitter" would disagree with you there. When i did Crossfit, we would sometimes warm up with kettle-bells :yeshrug:

I don't agree with you there. You can't get really teach yourself O-lifts. Its possible but its way riskier than Crossfit. Cross-fit didn't invent kipping pull-ups, they've always been there. Crossfit just made them more popular.

Crossfit isn't all bad, its really meant for advanced athletes. Most people are desk-jockeys and are stiff as fukk, which contributes to a number of their injuries.

Did it once for free, aint been back since. I quit after the 20 min pullup/pushup/medicine ball throw/half mile sprint/repeat warmup. Tryna kill a nikka off top

Now this is the problem with Crossfit. Alot of boxes have this crazy all or nothing mindset which can be overkill at times. The only real con is the price, but shyt can get you fit as fukk.

Hit the weights and run. That's all you need.

I'm saying, all I do is do regular lifting and I grab my football cleats and get my sprints in at the fields. Got me lookin in better shape than any of those crossfitters. And at least I don't have to worry about my damn life while training:merchant:
