Has Cuomo ever expressed this much concern about black victims of police brutality committed by the NYPD? Or black victims of abuse within the walls of Rikers? Or the black families priced out of their neighborhoods by gentrification? The only time Democrats give a damn about what black people think is when it's time to trot out Obama or Michelle and shame us into voting for them. Does Obama insultingly refer to Latino voters as cousin Jorge or uncle Fernando the way he invoked "cousin Pookie" and "uncle Ray Ray"
