I know it's a pain but I may have said it in another thread.
I really like the lack of stress of pre-orders. Sometimes it sucks having to wait so long, but to me it really beats having to try and check out in less than 30 seconds so you don't get beat to the punch by hype beasts and bots that are able to buy these limited quantity vinyls within seconds of them going live on sale.
Tea in China and Alfredo are the only vinyls I had wanted in 2020, and Alfredo was a nice and easy pre-order. Tea in China was the most stressful experience (all 3 times) I've ever had trying to buy something on wax.
I'd rather get OutRunners wax in November than have missed out on it by not being able to move my click fast enough to get it at all.
Yea I mean Spitta never really promoted anything unless it was a major release and even then you can tell the record company was making him do those runs. He has the mentality that if it's dope it's gonna sell itself and he'll just tour off of his latest shyt. He even spoke about this on Gold and Chrome. Said he'd get on a bus and make an easy million touring but of course everything has changed due to Covid but he has other ways of making money.
