She may have had some valid points in the first video, and I do agree with her as far as why are people waving the flag of the country that they left from (I've always had an issue with that).

But...

She can't talk about people destroying the city during a protest/riot...every group does that. Also, when she said "raggedy", isn't that the pot calling the cafetera black?

Lastly, we can protest obese women being called thick. (Didn't actually see what her body looks like, but just going off the chunky description in the OP).

How do you battle white supremacy when your culture doesn't take basic education seriously?

How does someone who's last in reading literacy, mathematics, and science battle white supremacy?
I’m not a civil rights leader so I can’t give you a definitive answer. What I can tell you is it don’t have shyt to do with BBLs.

Thats just what y'all never seem to understand. Until black folks fix the things in our control, there is no battling white supremacy. Do you know why some black folks voted Trump? Because our culture does not take education seriously. We don't take education seriously, we have the highest single parent homes, and we have black men killing each other. Those are things within our control.

I didn't take that video at face value, obviously, and nobody else should. But she still made sound points. I like how y'all focused on bbl and not the portion focused on education, not knowing the alphabet, life insurance, etc.

Right. Lets wait another 20 - 50 years. Hopefully by that time the culture will have changed and then maybe we can begin to fight against white supremacy.

During protests people in this country tear things up in their own neighborhoods, and also go to try to loot the fancy downtown areas. How does that fall under "OURS"? Are you saying that just because it will be US Citizens destroying things in the USA?

If there are actually illegal immigrants actually tearing things up, can it be argued that they have some right to do it since they probably did the illegal construction work to build it?

Also, raggedy is raggedy no matter what the country, or what the color.

Like I said many times before, a lot of black people realized that criticizing "black culture" (and not actually doing anything about it) is easier than battling institutional racism.

So, they make these disingenuous arguments that somehow sheisty masks and Sexy Red are what has been destroying our community for the past few centuries.

How do you address structural, systemic issues

When our literacy rates are in last place?

When Black men are currently dying at the hands of other black men?

When we have the highest single parent homes?

When we have the lowest marriage rates?

When some of our own people voted Trump?

You realize ALL of these things go hand in hand with "structural, systemic issues" right?

You can't fix one without the other.

And denying that they go hand in hand would be basically agreeing with white supremacists' assertion that we are inherently this way.

What does white supremacy have to do with taking education seriously? Because our culture doesn't and the stats show that.

What does white supremacy have to do with unprotected sex and making babies out of wedlock?

Damn, I think you just solved our problems. I can feel the equality already. I dunno what we been doing all this time. If only Brother Malcolm and Dr. King had known posting about it would’ve defeated WS.

Is she a c00n or no?

Check her retweets. BIG yes.
Who kills black men the most?

And you wonder why I don't regard you very highly as a poster. :francis:

How old are you, breh? Seriously?

Something like 93% of murder victims are killed by someone they know. That means if you're Black, your assailant has a high chance of also being Black.

And guess what? It's the same if you're White.

Or Latino.

Or Asian.

This is consistent for every ethnic group. Focusing on Black-on-Black crime gives you a very limited view on how crime actually works (especially since no one discusses White-on-White crime as a problem).
:mjlol: That nikka don’t give a damn about black folks…..

There's a difference between Black folks and trash pandas. You don't seem to belong to the former category.

When our literacy rates are in last place?

Breh, seriously. How old are you to be asking these questions?

Black literacy rates are one of the prime examples of the systemic causes of Black economic oppression. Mainly because there's so many factors, but one of the main is a lack of resources for school districts and teachers in majority Black districts.

If you saw the resources, programs, and assistance that majority-White public school districts get--not even talking about rich White kids-- you'd be sick to your stomach. It's like night and day.

We literally just had a story occur where a school superintendent was being openly racist and restricting funding to Black schools in favor of White schools, breh. :snoop:

When Black men are currently dying at the hands of other black men?

See above. Discussions on Black-on-Black crime are a distraction that feed into White Supremacist tropes of Black aggression and criminality.

When we have the highest single parent homes?

Another highly systemic issue.

When we have the lowest marriage rates?

Marriage rates are declining across all demographics.

When some of our own people voted Trump?

People who didn't vote are just as bad as Trump voters, and I'm ten toes down on that.
