Some of y coworkers are taking the package but they have been here 25 years two years of salary

That's why its important to become a business owner not an employee...its scary how often I am hearing this exact same story by several friends as of recently. Sad thing is they usually give you the option of a shiity position with the hopes you'll leave.

After the market practically forced me back into working a few years ago...I've honestly become comfortable with a steady pay check and I have been reluctant about opening my own company...because the way things were before the uncertainties of income with such hard wirk...but shiit I see I really can't depend on any company...at least I know what's truly going on with my own business...

Hang in there love...I would keep my options open though

Reincar link up with some recruiters. If your resume is solid and youre willing to move around they will be able to place you quickly. Im up something like 14K over the last 3 years just moving around to different companies... it doesnt pay to stick around if the getting isnt good

A lot of folks are doing OK w/general business degrees

Im also gonna go ahead and say a lot of Americans just don't push/try hard enough. There are damn near no female American engineers. But every company I work at, and in my college, there were female Russian/Ukranian engineers. Other places, people say "damn thats hard, but its what I gotta do". Americans say "damn thats hard fukk that Imma play Xbox and watch Honey Boo Boo". Thats why we're falling off. We went from a country of "I can" to "I can't"
