Was talking about jobs and work with my band mate just last night while we smoked.

don’t see how I could fit BACK into typical work structures after living the life I’ve been living. Like, even band leaders operate differently then say a employer or boss.

ultimately, responsibilities may be the same or similar, approach and value are much more clearly defined and less about maintaining hierarchy.

it really baffles me how society has fallen into this system of value, or undervaluing, people. Or, just how people don’t SEE equality. Everyone’s heavy invested in self importance...
