I've had days where I probably only got 1300 calories between two Vegan burritos +LRG Smoothie, but was stuffed like a MF, aboslutely repulsed by the thought of eating afterwards.
Pay Day I , I say fukk it and splurge on a pizza or some shyt. I dont beat myself up over it, I make peace with it and get right back on track with my next meal...if there's a next meal.
If you're not feeling full on your eating plan, you will not adhere to it long term or even short-term for that matter.
