only because you have to wade through the mine field of bullshyt that is the fitness/nutrtition industry ;

we all go through it starting out,

Intermittent fasting and going Plant-Based are the best ways to induce a caloric deficit.

with I.F. , your ability to put away large amounts of food will diminish

with plant based, you ensure not only do you keep your calories (Fat) low, but that you're stuffed to the gills as well.

I've had days where I probably only got 1300 calories between two Vegan burritos +LRG Smoothie, but was stuffed like a MF, aboslutely repulsed by the thought of eating afterwards.

Pay Day I , I say fukk it and splurge on a pizza or some shyt. I dont beat myself up over it, I make peace with it and get right back on track with my next meal...if there's a next meal.

If you're not feeling full on your eating plan, you will not adhere to it long term or even short-term for that matter.

fatloss doesnt have to be hard my G

you just have to unlearn some of the stupid shyt that gets pushed in mainstream media

- Eat 1x a day (you won’t die)
- walk/run/slow jog 10 laps on the track
- get your fukkin ass out there 7 days a week
- even if the weather sucks get your ass out there
- get off your phone
- your body needs water. Drink it
- do 15-20 mins of stairs since you’ll be at the track
- come back in 12 months
- lay off the sugar and fast food
- this is the MINIMUM you should be doing so if you can’t do that, don’t come back because the brehs hitting their goals are putting in work everyday.

you can do it breh. Consistency is important. Make it to a point where you will feel guilty and upset if you miss a workout. This gotta be part of your lifestyle now.

All the food, bytches, video games and social media ain’t going nowhere.

Spend the $ and get some good running shoes. Look at Hoka since you are a big breh. If the shoes are $150, spend the $ because it’s for your feet. Get some good earbuds like Powerbeats Pro and a “low end” GPS watch like a Garmin 45 or 55 to track your workouts

good luck

Something worth mentioning that no one's pointed out yet... Sleep. Make sure you're consistently getting 7-9 hours. Not only will this help with your body's regulation of sugars, it means there's at least a third of the day where you're not eating. When I started gaining weight, snacking at night was my biggest problem.
