i never said its impossible. everybody i know, including myself... sees more results when you actually change your diet. dieting is way harder than going to the gym. and when you do both, its the most optimal.I know folks that do natty bbing too, including a boss with an IFBB pro card.
Dieting down to single digit bodyfat for a few hours on stage doesn't mean shyt in the context of this discussion.
You also neglected the fact that natty BBers do way more reps/sets and conditioning than non-athletes do, so using them as an example is disingenuous.
Nothing you say or post is gonna change my mind on this my dude; it's possible to outwork a "bad" diet but most folks simply don't work hard enough.
