Yeah man it's sort of a slow suicide. It;s crazy that someone can even get to the 700 lbs mark. Also this was back before obesity was as big of an epidemic as it is now. if someone got to 700 no I'd still think it was pretty crazy. But he died late '00 early '00, right?

I know he was here in NC at Duke Hospital for some weight treatment program at one point. My friend's dad owns a tattoo shop and did a tat for Pun while he was living here.

One of the greats. You could really hear the weight gain on Yeah Baby. I was amazed that someone that huge could have the flow and breath control on Capital Punishment, and then even though he had some issues on Yeah Baby, that's about how I'd expect someone that big to sound. Biggie looks like a tiny dude next to Pun, and you could even hear Big's weight in his flow on Life After Death.

gotta do a hard reset breh, get the junk out your house, don't even buy it. plan your meals and stick to them, even if it's not what you want to eat...eat for fuel, not for fun. when you do want something unhealthy, just buy one serving...go get 1-2 slices of pizza instead of ordering a whole, get an ice cream bar instead of a 1/2 gallon or pint....don't let food rule you.

Big had no issues flowing on life after death, but yeah his voice sounded "heavier". But big was 6'3 300+ so it's a big difference.
