I never checked for Pun after Capital Punishment. Can some one post some of his later tracks where he had breathing issues?

If he was 692, then even if he lost half the weight, he'd still weigh 346 lbs.
That's the problem with people, thinking its all going to happen overnight. He didn't gain all that weight overnight either.

He said he was naive and oblivious to how serious Pun's weight issue was and he saw pun randomly whilst he was down south on tour an pun was at the weight loss farm and pun convinced him it was ok to buy a bucket of KFC for him cos pun told him the fat was in the skin and he'd rip that off. NORE said he felt awful after realising the reality of what he accidentally did after Pun died.

I doubt he gave a reason. He had an abusive, militaristic stepfather that beat him. In the morning the stepfather would smack Christopher out of bed and make him do push ups.
