They are admixtures . I've said it before but if every dark skin man on this earth decided that light skin brehs won't be black then that's the way it would

We could still be cool with them but by including them we bring self hate jealousy insecurity etc into our race because they do not represent authentic black people. I don't consider them black they do have african ancestry and can be our relatives but they came out different because of the colonization of Africa and slavery

Yeah I was thrown off by that comment too. A light skinned black person can't help that his ancestors were raped thus resulting in his light skin. Biracial people have one black parent and one white parent. A white person can't produce a black child. So I don't agree with that poster...except when it comes to mulattos who are not black.

I dislike their presence in the black community. I dislike how they enforce white supremacy sometimes with their words or a lot of times just with their existence in general. I dont like how so many of them brag about being lightskinned. That's one of the primary things that irritate me about lightskinned people.

That's not to say that I dislike all lightskinned people or that there arent some good ones. Malcolm X was lightskinned. There are some decent posters on here who happened to be lightskinned but I wish most of you would just go away, honestly.

i can't rock with this at all. my mom and uncle are caramel my aunt is "high yellow" so is she somehow excluded from the black community?

the problem is that the white standard of beauty was forced on us, and many of us adapted to it. blacks have the greatest genetic diversity, so it's impossible to deem someone "black enough", if they have two black parents. the reason for jealously and insecurity goes back to slavery. the house n***rs would be the rape off spring of the savage slave owners, and treated more favorably. and the field ones were darker, an work under harsh conditions.

Why do dark skinned black dudes make it a point to get with white women and light skinned black women? This is another occurrence that happens. Look at Tommy Sotomayor. He's clearly in pain from the way he's been treated because of his dark skin. You'll hear dark skin dudes make passive aggressive jokes and comments here and there, and all of this adds up to them being insecure. I'm not saying all and not even most, but we all know that one dark skinned dude who hates on light skinned dudes but lusts after light skinned women.

The way I'm thinking is we know in the continent of Africa and in the states there was colonization and slavery . They raped our women and this is where light skin diluted admixtures quadroons enter into our people . Now black people like u knowing they are differnt still think thats my family (which is true) I don't care if hes mixed he's black to me even tho its not our purset form .

The black community to me is in a conflict with the light skin vs dark skin because of white supremacy and how it has affected out gene pool. It is what it is we have different complexions in our families now and they only way to get rid of the tint and white gene is to exclude them dont have babies by them anymore
