I'm sure that picture from the article is a mock up of how it will look. The article i read about this billboard says the billboard will be near "the heart of Florissant, the epicenter of the Mike Brown protests,"
I guess we have to stay tuned to find out where this thing will be so we can tear it down

I looked on the indiegogo and they just met their goal a few days ago so the picture was probably created for the article
I'm not sure how long it would take for a billboard to be created after it is bought but when i find the real picture i'll post it up in here.
